Why Cherry Blossom?

Why Cherry Blossom?

Cherry blossomSakura

Cherry blossom, also known as Sakura, is such a precious little flower that blooms in such a short amount of time but leaves such remarkable memories for a long time. This tiny blossom is the big inspiration behind my brand. It originates from Japan, just like Tsunami Kanzashi – the technique that I use to create all those beautiful fabric flowers. Japanese culture is very impressive and inspiring to me.  I stumbled upon this technique in 2011 and it instantly stood out for me, so I decided to use it as the main approach to creating my flowers.

Two years later, in 2013, I had the incredible opportunity to visit Japan. An amazing journey that I found a lot of common between the Japanese people and myself – very organized, very strict, self-disciplined and also polite. I will always go the extra mile to be able to create the customer request and to exceed their expectation. For me, it is important that the work is done right, in the best possible way, and also shipped in a time-appropriate manner.  I try to place myself in my customers’ shoes and I know that if I order something so precious, where each piece of fabric is hand cut and each petal is hand folded with incredible attention to detail, I would like to have it right away. The quality of my work is the #1 priority. Fast shipping and satisfied & happy customers follow as close seconds.
